Privacy policy

Data we process

• Email, for signing in with Google or an email link.
• Public data from connected channels: video titles and metrics, descriptions, public comments, and transcripts available through platform APIs.
• Your conversations with Iris and channel memory files, so Iris can use your context.
• A device push subscription, only if you enable notifications.

How we use data

• To show analysis and recommendations for your content.
• To send only the fragments needed to the configured LLM provider for an Iris response, under that provider's applicable service settings.
• To improve reliability with de-identified records of response errors.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
• We do not publish to your channels; Iris has no write access to them.
• We do not store your password when you use Google or email-link sign-in.

Storage and deletion

Service data is stored in the configured Supabase project. Email hello@lenza.pro to request deletion of your account and associated data; we aim to complete deletion within 30 days.
